We are aware that a small number of users are not receiving emails such as team invitations. We are investigating.
As a workaround, if you have been invited to a RealVNC Connect team, please sign up for a RealVNC account in the RealVNC Connect portal (https://manage.realvnc.com) using the email address your administrator invited to the team, and accept the invite from the Profile page.
